In 2018, BDA was engaged by the Village of St. Martins to complete the spacial plan for the STEP Program (Sustainable Tourism Expansion Program - ACOA) to prepare the community for the expected growth in visitors once the Fundy Trail Parkway is completed. Working with Destination St. Martins, BDA identified opportunities to position St. Martins as a high quality visitor experience in the Upper Bay of Fundy tourism region. These are built on three pillars of experiences: "The Golden Age of Sail", the dramatic natural landscape features of the Bay of Fundy, and local culture.
