The Meduxnekeag riverfront in Woodstock was abandoned to parking lots and service areas to support downtown Woodstock. The Greenway Plan includes a reorganization of the parking areas, a shoreline stabilization strategy, lighting, and landscaping. The greenway also includes a loop trail system along both the sides of the river and an environmental restoration plan with the planting of native trees and shrubs.
