BDA is the Landscape Architectural sub-consultant on the design team for this LEED project. BDA provided subconsulting from the preliminary stage and is currently in the process of completing the Issued for Tender package. BDA was responsible for all site elements including grading, vehicular circulation and parking, pedestrian circulation, recreation areas and planting including a proposed green roof area. BDA also coordinated with the civil engineering subconsultant for onsite stormwater management. This project is being designed with an anticipated LEED silver certification.
