As a member of the design team with the lead consultant Urban Strategies Inc. BDA provided the contextual understanding and local knowledge required for the development of this plan.  The project includes a plan for the waterfront from Reversing Falls to Lantic Sugar site.  This includes open space, public access and development sites. The Saint John Land Use Plan and Implementation Strategy was the winner of the 2004 - Paul Bedford Award for Planning Excellence.
