BDA worked with Mr. J.K. Irving of the J.D. Irving Company to determine an appropriate location for the company to plant trees in the City of Saint John.  BDA analyzed several opportunities in the city and through elimination proposed the throughway project. The firm followed up with the development of a  preliminary plan for the entire throughway, and an implementation strategy.  BDA prepared construction drawings and supervised construction of phase  one of the project.
