BDA are prime consultants for a $10M redevelopment plan for the entry area of Rockwood Park and Lily Lake. The plan includes a design emphasis on the pedestrian/trail experience and creating a green parkway road system and parking areas. Environmental improvements include extensive planting of native trees, removal of asphalt areas and replacing it with ground covers, and a storm water management strategy to improve the water quality of Lily Lake. The heritage of the park will be used as a model for lighting, furniture, and park details.
