BDA produced design for this 10 acre site adjacent to the new Gunningsville Bridge in Downtown Moncton. The design calls for the restoration of the site from an unused brownfield to a natural ecosystem of saltwater marsh, freshwater marsh and upland forest with interconnecting trails, seating areas and interpretive nodes. The freshwater marsh components of the site are used to manage stormwater run-off from the adjacent roadways.
