BDA prepared the vision, concept planning and construction drawings for a $3.5M plaza as part of the Moncton Downtown Centre, and is currently completing construction supervision. The plaza will serve multiple functions as an event zone for the city, an urban park for downtown patrons and employees, and a neighborhood park for the residential population of east downtown Moncton.
