MILLENIUM TRAIL
Moncton, New Brunswick

Date     2006-Present
Client   City of Moncton

The Millenium Trail system is a trail project in the city of Moncton that is broken out into phases for each construction year. Once finished, it will compete an extensive amount of multi-use trails linking key parts of the city together.

This phase of the Millenium Trail project is a six kilometer section between Charles Lutes Road and Berry Mills Road, and a one kilometer link between the main trail and Salem Court. The trail features several main entry points and runs mainly on City owned property and the NB Power easement. The trail crosses a number of local and regional roads and deals with a variety of challenging drainage conditions. This section of the millenium trail project includes shade structures, site furniture and plantings in key locations along the route.
