The Lowell Street Park was in disrepair with a sub-standard field and a lack of facilities to serve the neighbourhood. BDA prepared a redevelopment plan based on neighbourhood consultation. The plan included regrading top dressing and seeding the soccer field, a multipurpose hard surface play court, a playground and link trail system. BDA prepared working drawings, called tender and supervised construction for the work.
