LE VILLAGE

Le Village is a neighborhood plan based on the concept of ‘conservation design’ a technique that involves granting a density based on total land area with a layout and building mix based on the environmental carrying capacity. This results in developments with mixed density built forms in a setting with large green space areas.

This project is being developed as a model of sustainable development and supported by the Provincial Department of Environment and Local Government.
