One aspect of the stormwater management strategy for the Dieppe Industrial Park expansion includes a stormwater management pond. The pond will control volumes and a wetland
environment will treat storm water from the 200 acre development prior to the water entering Fox Creek. The pond provides many environmental benifits including habitat creation, but it has been designed as a recreational amenity for industrial park residents and the adjacent neighborhood. This includes a trail system and opportunities for wildlife observation.
